Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing email management tool, which will give you absolute authority over your e-mailbox accounts and e-newsletters. With this easy-to-use graphical user interface, you can create a new e-mail account in no time and administer its settings with ease. Also, you can redirect mail messages from one email mailbox account to another, activate e-mail filters, create auto-response messages and protect your e-mailboxes against spam email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your e-mail box accounts against junk mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwanted electronic mail messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your e-mails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a particular e-mailbox.
Email Filters
Email filters are perfect for filtering your incoming electronic mails according to certain criteria set by you. Setting up mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will go into effect immediately. You can quickly create a mail filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and edit the e-mail filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming mails from one email box account to another, or even to several other email box accounts. Simply choose the mail account you wish to forward messages from, then choose the destination email box and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can quickly configure the electronic mail client of your choosing to access your email mailbox accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox you want to set up on your desktop PC or smartphone and click on the email client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email mailbox account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager, working with multiple email boxes simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager GUI will also permit you to easily create an auto-response message - enter the message you want people to notice and our system will do everything else. And if you want to configure a catch-all email box - you can accomplish that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
